  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the sliced chicken, cooking until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted into a smooth sauce.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, then add the cooked fettuccine and toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
