Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340g) pasta (like penne or fusilli)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the dressing by whisking together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a large mixing bowl.
