Delightful cookies that combine creamy white chocolate and tangy dried cranberries for a perfect sweet and tart treat.

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and add the eggs one at a time.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Stir gently in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow cooling on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

For a chewy texture, slightly underbake cookies by a minute or two.
