  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Taco shells or tortillas (for serving)
  • Lettuce (for serving)
  • Tomatoes (for serving)
  • Salsa (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked and shredded chicken with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning mix and stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Add the crumbled bacon to the mixture and fold gently.
  5. Stir in the chopped green onions.
  6. Warm your taco shells or tortillas in the oven for a couple of minutes.
  7. Scoop the chicken mixture into the warmed taco shells.
  8. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. For a healthier option, use lettuce wraps instead of taco shells.
