Delicious chicken wings tossed in a rich, buttery sauce with garlic and a hint of tanginess, perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until well coated in the sauce.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crunchy wings, broil for a few minutes after baking.
