A creamy and healthful cottage cheese ice cream that’s easy to make and perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  3. Transfer the ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
