Easy and delicious Cottage Cheese Flatbread that adds warmth to your home and creates new memories with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: herbs or spices for flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and olive oil until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into flatbreads.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  4. Serve warm, optionally topped with herbs or spices.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
