Delightful and healthy crispy chips made with cottage cheese and grated cheese, perfect for snacking and serving with dips.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (like Parmesan or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup flour (or almond flour for a low-carb option)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, grated cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spreading them out to form chips.
  5. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chips are golden and crispy.
