A delicious and simple side dish of roasted broccoli, drizzled with garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned broccoli evenly across a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for about 15-20 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Sprinkle the roasted broccoli with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Melt the cheese in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider adding red pepper flakes or topping with crispy bacon.
