Indulge in a romantic experience with this Classic Marry Me Salmon, perfectly seared and bathed in a rich cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Return salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve immediately.
