A simple yet satisfying Italian-inspired wrap bursting with savory meats, creamy cheese, and crunchy salad.

Ingredients

  • Salami
  • Pepperoni
  • Capicola
  • Provolone cheese
  • Tortilla wrap
  • Grinder salad
  • Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla wrap on a flat surface.
  2. Layer the salami, pepperoni, and capicola evenly over the wrap.
  3. Add slices of provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  4. Place a generous amount of grinder salad over the cheese.
  5. Drizzle Italian dressing over the entire filling.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking the fillings in as you go.
  7. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately or wrap it in foil.

Notes

Delicious served with chips or a zesty pickle. Can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
