Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • For topping: 1/4 cup granulated sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter in another bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Toss each muffin in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
