Ingredients

  • Lofthouse sugar cookies
  • Creamy frosting
  • Chocolate or candy coating
  • Sprinkles (optional for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cookies into a bowl aiming for a fine crumb.
  2. Combine the crumbled cookies with frosting until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate or candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted coating until completely covered.
  7. Optional roll the dipped truffles in sprinkles if desired.
  8. Set the coated truffles on parchment paper to harden before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can freeze the truffles for up to two months.
