Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for roasting or heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for pan-frying.
  2. Wash and chop the fresh potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet for roasting or place them in the skillet for frying, ensuring space around them.
  5. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes or pan-fry until golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, soak the potato pieces in water for 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to experiment with different seasonings.
