A creamy cheesecake infused with the delightful flavors of chocolate-covered strawberries, perfect for celebrations and cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (162°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well, and finish with vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust and bake for about 45 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool completely, then top with strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
