1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups chocolate chips
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well.
Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually mix it into the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it slightly, and place a teaspoon of cheesecake filling in the center. Enclose the filling with dough and roll into a ball.
Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let them cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
