  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and chipotle ranch dressing together until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
  3. Place a tortilla in the skillet, layer half with the chicken mixture, and sprinkle cheese generously.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and cut it into wedges.
  6. Serve with additional chipotle ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes
