Instructions

  1. Begin by placing your large potatoes in a pot of salted water. Bring it to a boil and cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat, about 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.
