A delicious combination of classic Caesar salad flavors on a warm, crispy flatbread, perfect for a light dinner or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Caesar dressing
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil for a crispy crust.
  3. Layer the cooked chicken evenly on the flatbread.
  4. Add chopped romaine lettuce on top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
  7. Bake until crispy, about 10 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve immediately!
