A comforting and hearty casserole filled with tender chicken, creamy mushroom soup, broccoli, and cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Add breadcrumbs on top if desired for a crunchy texture.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served with a fresh garden salad or crusty bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
