A comforting and cheesy chicken bake with a tangy sour cream topping and a crispy cracker crust—perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and half of the cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken breast generously with the sour cream mixture and place them in the greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the chicken, then add the crushed crackers on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding vegetables to the sour cream mixture or swapping cheeses. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
