Delightful bite-sized cheese-filled bombs baked to perfection, bursting with garlicky flavor and warm, gooey cheese.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup additional melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  4. Create small dough balls and flatten them in your palm.
  5. Place a tablespoon of cheese in the center and fold the dough around it.
  6. Arrange the cheese balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley in a separate bowl.
  8. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the cheese balls.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These cheese bombs can be paired with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
