1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups Ritz Bits
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Create the flavor base by combining melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, sea salt, black pepper, and any optional spices in a bowl.
Add finely grated Parmesan and shredded cheddar to the buttery spice mixture.
Pour the cheese and butter mixture over the Ritz Bits and gently toss until coated.
Spread the coated crackers on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
