  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries.
  2. Remove the tops and hollow out the strawberries.
  3. Mix the cheesecake filling in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Fill the strawberries with the cheesecake mixture.
