  • 1 cup cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Create the crust by mixing cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined and pressing it into the bottom of serving cups.
  2. Soften the cream cheese by beating it until smooth and gradually adding powdered sugar.
  3. Blend in cookie butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain to create a fluffy filling.
  5. Assemble the cups by spooning the cheesecake mixture over the crust layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
  7. Finish with additional cookie butter or whipped cream, if desired.

Notes
