Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake it in a springform pan. Let it cool afterwards, creating a perfect, fudgy base for your cheesecake.
  2. Create the cheesecake filling by beating the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownies, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 45 minutes or until set.
  6. Let the cheesecake cool before transferring it to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set.
