Delicious meatballs made with seasoned beef and creamy ricotta cheese, perfect for family gatherings or easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients together until fully incorporated.
  4. Form your mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
