Ingredients

  • Fudgy brownie mix
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Flour
  • Cocoa powder
  • Cream cheese
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • Caramel sauce
  • Sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven as per the instructions on your brownie mix and prepare your springform pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter and pour it into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
  3. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and salt.
  4. Pour the creamy cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake according to brownie instructions, skipping the water bath.
  6. Cool completely before drizzling caramel sauce and sprinkling sea salt on top.
  7. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight for best flavor.

Notes

Serve chilled with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze individual slices for up to 3 months.
