A flavor-packed twist on traditional pizza with spicy buffalo chicken, melty mozzarella, and creamy dressing.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Optional: celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions or to 475°F (245°C) if you’re using a homemade crust.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Roll out the pizza crust to your desired thickness, then place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Add shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
  8. Finish with a sprinkling of chopped green onions and serve with celery sticks if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating your chicken in buffalo sauce beforehand. This pizza can be easily adapted with BBQ sauce for a sweeter twist or can be made gluten-free.
