  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish generously with olive oil.
  2. Mix the ricotta cheese, eggs, and milk in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Incorporate the chopped spinach, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
