  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool the muffins for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For better texture, avoid overmixing the batter. Use an ice cream scoop for uniform muffin sizes.
