Delicious and chewy blueberry cookies bursting with fresh blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Creaming together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
  6. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  7. Portion spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
