Delicious cookies that combine the creaminess of cheesecake with juicy blueberries.

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix softened cream cheese and butter until creamy.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add this dry mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool before indulging.
