Delightful cookies that combine the creamy richness of cheesecake with the wholesome goodness of blueberries.

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine the granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract with the butter and cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in the flour mixture gradually until just combined.
  6. Incorporate the fresh blueberries gently into the dough.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden.
  9. Cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
