Fluffy, gooey cinnamon rolls filled with rich Biscoff cookie butter for a delightful twist on a classic treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing warm milk, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Combine the yeast mixture with melted butter, salt, egg, and flour.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  6. Spread a generous layer of Biscoff cookie butter over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough into a log and slice into 12 pieces.
  8. Second rise: Let the rolls rise in a greased dish for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Drizzle with a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk after baking.
