  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Melt the cookie butter and butter together over low heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Stir in the flour and salt until just combined.
