  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Merge the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  6. Prepare the muffin cups by filling them about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
