  • 2 each flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the flatbreads.
  4. Distribute shredded chicken breast over the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and red onion slices on top.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
