Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and green onions, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your made-at-home Bang Bang Fried Rice!

Notes

Use day-old rice for the best texture. Customize with leftover proteins or different vegetables.
