A delightful twist on the classic banana pudding dessert, these cheesecake cones are filled with creamy goodness, fresh bananas, and crunchy vanilla wafers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 46 ice cream cones
  • Chocolate syrup or caramel (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the sliced bananas into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Combine the crushed vanilla wafers in another bowl.
  4. Take a cone and fill it with the banana pudding cheesecake mixture, alternating layers with the crushed wafers.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup or caramel on top if desired.
  6. Repeat with the remaining cones and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use ripe bananas for sweetness and serve immediately for the best cone texture.
