  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure your banana bread bakes evenly.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl using a fork until smooth.
  3. Add your melted butter to the mashed bananas, stirring gently until well combined.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and a pinch of salt to give a lovely rise and flavor to your loaf.
  5. Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract into your mix, then stir well to combine.
