A simple yet elegant dish featuring roasted asparagus drizzled with balsamic glaze, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shaved Parmesan cheese or toasted almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the asparagus to coat them evenly with the mixture.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and charred.
  6. Add optional shaved Parmesan cheese or toasted almonds before serving.

Notes

For a vegan option, skip the cheese and try adding tahini after roasting.
