  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • Butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s hot and ready to bake those croissants to golden perfection.
  2. Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into triangles.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each triangle, right at the wide end.
  4. Starting from the wide end, roll the triangles up toward the point to form a classic croissant shape.
  5. Carefully place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the croissants for a beautifully golden finish.
  7. Pop those beauties in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are a stunning golden brown.
