A comforting Baked Chicken Parmesan recipe featuring crispy chicken, marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella, perfect for family dinners.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and juicy.
  6. Add marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken piece.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
