  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork. Bake them for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Slice the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  5. Stuff the potatoes with the chicken and bacon mixture, then top with shredded cheese.
  6. Return the stuffed potatoes to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
