A delightful combination of gooey cheese, savory bacon, and fluffy eggs wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; chop into small pieces.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper until soft and fluffy.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs, bacon pieces, and cheese on each triangle.
  6. Roll the triangle from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges tightly.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brushing with melted butter or cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, use egg whites and low-fat cheese. You can also substitute bacon with turkey bacon or sausage. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
