  • 2 slices of apple
  • 2 ounces of goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Arugula or spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the croissant in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom layer.
  2. Spread the creamy goat cheese on the bottom half of the croissant.
  3. Layer in the fresh apple slices on top of the goat cheese.
  4. Drizzle the honey over the apple slices.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper over the honey and apples.
