1/4 cup miso paste
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat the broth in a pot over medium heat.
Dissolve the miso paste in warm broth.
Infuse with grated ginger and minced garlic.
Add lemon juice and sesame oil, seasoning to taste.
