  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup toasted almond pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar until glossy and stiff peaks are achieved.
  3. Fold in almond flour and vanilla extract until just combined.
  4. Pipe small circles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 2 inches in diameter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the meringues are firm and lightly golden.
  6. Cool the meringues completely on the baking sheet.
  7. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  8. Fold in toasted almond pieces into the whipped cream.
