  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and lemon juice.
  3. Combine cubed salmon with lemon zest, salt, and pepper; pour the garlic butter over and toss.
  4. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
